Music Programs at Trinity Reformed Church
We enjoy music very much at Trinity. It enhances our worship, and increases our gratitude for the life God gives us. With it we express joy, sorrow, praise, regret, hope, and love. We feel blessed with the rich expression of music at Trinity. Trinity Reformed Church Choir rehearses Wednesday evenings for about an hour. On Sunday morning the choir warms up a half hour before the service starts. The choir has a diverse and ever changing repertoire ranging from Bach and Händel to Gospel and Contemporary. All are welcome to join us — any age or ability! The Bell Choir practices on Wednesdays right before the vocal choir and plays in worship on special occasions. They are blessed to have a three octave set of Schulmerich handbells and a three octave set of Malmark choir chimes. Experienced ringers and those with no experience are all welcome to join. The Praise Band meets occasionally through the year to lead worship. If you wish to participate, please speak to Herb Spencer. Soloists are welcome to share their musical talents with us throughout the year. If interested, please speak to the Music Director. We host concerts and other performances by outside groups who appreciate the great acoustics of our sanctuary and the enthusiastic response of our community.
